We'll that's a bit misleading, but I am trying to get back to blogging with something resembling regularity. I have even gone on and started a new blog to write about the barn and farm renovation project Tamara and I have recently undertook. Instead of keeping two parallel blogs I am going to roll the whole local cooking concept into the new blog - so I encourage all of my 11 fans to follow me to the new blog at sowloud.blogspot.com.
I haven't posted on the new blog yet, but don't fret, just be patient for another few days. We have been a bit lackadaisical about photo-documenting our work here in Skaneateles and once I get the time and weather to do so, I will get a post on Sow Loud. Which means in just a few days you will be able to feast your eyes on pictures of the barn, some freshly tilled soil, our newly built compost bin, a few rows of fall crops, and a humble stack of logs freshly felled and inoculated with shitake spawn. On top of that you'll have the pleasure of reading some of my fluid and elevated prose, weaving the tale of our recent labors. What luck!
